Daniel Stane BA(Hons) DipM
As one of the founding directors of The Acumen Company, Daniel is a passionate coach and facilitator of transformational development and behavioural change.

Daniel has over 12 years of experience in learning and development, working principally with global corporations in diverse sectors to design and implement behavioural change and transformational development programmes.

He draws on a successful track record in management and international business, having most recently held the role of Head of Export for the UK subsiduary one of the world's largest manufacturers Linde AG.

Daniel is a Certified Master Coach from the Behavioural Coaching Institute, has gained diplomas in trans-personal psychology, emotional literacy and group leadership, as well as accreditations in facilitating and coaching performance improvement through two leading emotional intelligence tools (the MSCEIT and Bar-on EQ-i). He is also a member of the International Coaching Council and holds an honours degree in international business as well as a post-graduate in strategic marketing.

Daniel also volunteers time to coach and facilitate international development programmes for young leaders world-wide focused on values-based inspirational leadership, cultural understanding and transition through WYSE International, a UK-based educational charity affiliated with the United Nations.


Resha Jazrawi BA(Hons) MSc
With a background in HR, consultancy, psychology, selection and assessment, Resha brings invaluable experience and insight as founding director of The Acumen Company.

Resha specialises in psychological testing and HR consultancy, and holds Level A & B certification from the British Psychological Society.

Her experience of working as a consultant and HR Project Manager for a number of leading UK corporations has given Resha an in-depth understanding of key issues relating to the management, design and implementation of HR solutions, selection strategies and employee relations.

Resha's passion for psychology and the understanding of human and organisational behaviour fuels her own desire for continual development. After her first degree in Psychology from Trinity College Dublin, Resha gained a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology from City University and is currently completing a further Masters Degree in Occupational Psychology at Birkbeck College, University of London.
