Consistent success in any organisation depends on effective leadership. Leaders have a key role in modelling the way forward for their teams and developing a motivating working environment that engenders trust and confidence - leading to a sustained improvement in performance.

Organisations that don't have a clear strategy for leadership development are putting themselves at a competitive disadvantage. We often find that leadership at Board Level is strong, with Directors behaving effectively as leaders. It can then be a different story with middle managers who are expected to embed the leadership message with their teams.
